Hello! My name is Naomi and we have a lovely dog and two cats. I manage and own Bristol Yoga Centre and Everyday Yoga. I also have another blog called Walking with Polly.
Miso vegetarian was a sudden inspiration to share our home cooking techniques and ideas for lovely vegetarian and vegan food (I couldn’t resist once I came up with the name for the website). We’re actually not vegetarians or vegans but have recently started trying to eat mostly plant based food for environmental and ethical reasons.
We cook lots of Japanese inspired food but also whole range of other styles like English, french, Italian, Indian, Thai, Chinese, Persian and more. I really love cooking and this blog is a way for us to come up with a creative way to make delicious vegetarian and vegan dishes.
